Elementary
The elementary program offers progressive education in a thorough, enjoyable, and highly academic approach to learning. This insures a sold foundation for each student's continued advancement in coming years. Students are afforded opportunities to participate in extracurricular activities such as a fine arts program which includes introductory band, instrumental and vocal lessons, and development in drama. The students compete in a regional spelling bee and creative writing and fine arts competitions. CPCS also offers an intramural program in upper elementary. In 2008, the National Institute for Learning Development (NILD) program was incorporated. This program is designed to build competence and confidence in students who struggle to learn by treating the underlying causes of learning disabilities through education therapy. NILD serves students through the 12th grade. The goal of all students who attend CPCS is to offer a Scriptural foundation
to students, to cause them to achieve academic success and to provide
training a Christian character. Mr. Barry Yellets Academic Course of StudyKindergarten through 5th Grade
