K3 – 12th Grade Yearly Tuition Rates and Fees

Please see current fee schedule for tuition rates and multiple children discounts.

Registration Fee

This non-refundable fee is due at the time of application packet and due annually to re-enroll each student. See schedule for current fee.

All new students must pay an application fee and a registration fee at the time of registration.

Payment Plans

The tuition of each child is figured on a ten-month basis. Payments are due by the first of each month beginning August 1 and are non-refundable. Payments are considered late after the 10th. Please contact the finance office to make arrangements if unable to pay by then.

Students attending one day or more of any month will owe the full month’s tuition. NO student records will be transferred until all accounts are paid in full.

Delinquent Accounts

A late payment fee will be charged if tuition is received after the 10th of the month.

Accounts, including tuition and extended care, not paid by the end of the month will result in removal of the child from school until the account is brought up to date (The school may work out a pay-plan with parents to avoid withdrawal).

Report cards will not be released at the end of the nine-week period if the account is in arrears (This includes Extended Care charges).

Returned Check Fee

A fee will be incurred for any checks that are returned. Please see current fee schedule.

Refund Policy

If for any reason your child is not accepted by Citrus Park Christian School, all fees will be refunded with the exception of application fee.

Extended Care

This is a service for K3 through 6th grade students. 7th-8th graders must obtain administrator approval to attend. It is available Monday through Friday when school is in session. Registration for this program is limited to a certain number of students. Hours of operation are 6:30 a.m. to 7:40 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Extended Care is not available on days when classes are dismissed early or not in session.

Extended Care charges must be paid on a monthly basis. If previous monthly Extended Care is not paid, the students will not be allowed to stay in Extended Care until the account is paid up to date.

Extended care is NOT available for grades 9-12. High students should not be left on campus unless in a sports program or help class, unless previous arrangements have been made through the administration.

The school is not responsible to supervise your child after 3:35 p.m. unless he/she is in a school sponsored program. The student should be picked up promptly at the conclusion of the activity. Students will be allowed to wait on the benches in front of the Elementary Building until the parent arrives. The school assumes no liability, and will provide no supervision for students waiting to be picked up after the set time. If emergencies occur, contact the school office for permission to attend extended care.

Uniforms

All students 1st – 12th grade are required to wear uniforms from our uniform provider. See uniform provider information sheet for uniform selection, prices, phone number and location. Students are expected to be in uniform every day without exception or excuses.
